Petit beurre cake or cookie cake, it's pure nostalgia. I usually made the cake without coffee, but now I dared to make an "adult" version 😉 with coffee and amaretto. Z-A-L-I-G delicious! Although I never drink coffee, I still think this cake is delicious. So, also for non-coffee lovers.
