- 1000 g Minced meat
- 5 tbs Panko
- 5 tbs Milk
- 5 tbs Bread-crumbs
- 1 tbs Mustard
- 2 Big onions
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Celery
- 800-1000 g Tomato cubes (Can)
- 1 Vegetable stock
- chili flakes
- 1 splash Balsamic vinegar
- 1 splash Cream
- 3 Laurel leaf
- 1 handful green herbs
