          - 300 g Orzo
- 750 g Mixture mushrooms
- 100 g Smoked ham
- 2 Burrata
- 75 g Parmesan cheese
- 500 ml Vegetable stock
- 250 ml Boiling water
- 1 Onions
- 2 clove Garlic
- Bunch of parsley
- Balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 Lemon
