Ingredients:
- 700 g Carrots
- 1 Fennel
- 1 Red onion
- 400 g Baby potatoes
- 4 tbs Garlic oil
- 1 tbs Thyme
- 1 tsp Za'atar
- 0.5 tsp Cumin powder
- 0.5 tsp Coriander powder
- 0.5 tsp Paprika powder
- 0.125 tsp chili flakes
- 0.75 tsp Fine sea salt
- 6 Chicken leg without back piece
- 250 ml Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbs Tahini sesame paste
- 0.5 Lemon
- 100 g pomegranate seeds
- 6 sprig Mint (fresh)
- 1 tbs Sesame seed
