Ingredients:
- 600 g Codfish
- 2 Limes
- Ginger
- 2 lemongrass
- 2 Garlic
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 tbs Fish sauce
- 2 Spring onion
- Coriander (fresh)
- 1 Egg whites
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- sunflower oil
- 4 tbs Mayonnaise
- 2 tbs Yoghurt
- Sriracha
- 2 Cucumber
- Red onion
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- Sesame seed
