• 500 g Mixed minced meat
• 75 g Bread-crumbs
• 1 Eggs
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Pepper
• 1 tbs Parsley
• 3 clove Garlic
• sunflower oil
• 700 g Tomato passata
• 0.5 Beef broth
• Basil (fresh)
• 1 tbs butter
• 1 tbs Flour
• 300 ml Milk
• 300 g Verse lasagnebladen
• 150 g Grated mozzarella
• 50 g Parmesan cheese
