Today it seems a bit autumn and so I feel like savory and warming dishes. For this dish I was inspired by the red Abadia Retuerta wine from the June bloggers contest. The result is a savory rich ragout in a shortcrust pastry tart.

Ingredients:
- 400 g Self-rising flower
- 200 g Butter
- Salt
- 4 Pre-cooked duck leg confit
- 5 Ganda ham
- 400 ml game fond
- 500 ml Red wine
- 5 Carrots
- 4 green celery
- 1 Onions
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbs Tomato puree
- 2 Harissa
- 2 Laurel leaf
- 5 Rosemary (fresh)
- 2 tbs Olive oil
- 150 g mixed salad
- 100 g walnuts
- Parsley (fresh)
- 1 Half-soft goat cheese
- 6 tbs Olive oil
- 6 raspberry vinegar
- 100 ml Water
- Pepper
- Salt
