- 210 g pumpkin puree
 
- 1 tsp Baking soda
 
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
 
- 225 g Flour
 
- 100 g granulated sugar
 
- 125 g Brown sugar
 
- 115 g Olive oil
 
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
 
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
 
- 1 tsp ginger powder
 
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
 
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
 
- Pepper
 
- Salt
 
- 1/2 Zest of orange
 
- 2-4 tbs Milk
