- 400 ml Tomato passata
- 500 ml Vegetable stock
- 250 g Red lentils

- 3 tbs Butter
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin seed
- 15 g Parsley
- 4 Flatbread
- Salt
- Pepper
- 15 g Coriander (fresh)
