- 2 tbs Olive oil
- 2 Big onions
- 2 Red pepper
- 3 clove Garlic
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Smoked paprika powder
- 300 g paella rice
- 100 ml Dry sherry
- 800 ml Vegetable stock
- 300 g Green olives
- 150 g Garden peas (frozen)
- 300 g String Beans
- 1 handful Parsley (fresh)
- 1 Lemon
