• 2 Gelatine sheets
• 285 ml Coconut milk
• 215 ml Cream
• 45 g Sugar
• 1 Vanilla pod
• 1 Lime zest
• 80 g White chocolate
• 250 g Passion fruit puree
• 80 g Sugar
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
