- 285 ml Coconut milk
- 215 ml Cream
- 45 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 1 Lime zest
- 80 g White chocolate
- 250 g Passion fruit puree
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
