- 500 g Smoked salmon fillet
- 300 g Vegetable stock
- 50 g Flour
- 50 g rice flour
- 25 g Cornmeal
- 1 Eggs
- 3 g Salt
- 150 g Lime juice
- 80 g Sugar
- 20 g ginger syrup
- 10 g Agaragar
- 1 bunch bunch of dill
- 250 ml Arachis oil
