- 480 ml Water
- 240 ml Orange juice
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 1 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 Star anise
- 3 Kardemompeulen
- 2 Whole cloves
- 1 pie dough
- 500 g Ricotta
- 80 g Icing sugar
- 1 tsp Oranges
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla essence
