- 100 g Oatmeal
- 50 ml Black coffee
- 50 ml Milk
- 0.5 tsp Amandel extract
- 1 tbs Cocoa powder
- 200 ml Ricotta
- 1 tsp Honey (Liquid)
- 1 tbs almond flakes
- 1 tbs Dried cranberries
- 0.5 Oranges
