- 3 clove Garlic
- 240 g Risotto rice
- 400 g Tomato cubes (Can)
- 600 ml stock cube
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 150 g Mozzarella
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 handful Basil (fresh)
- balsamic cream
- Olive oil
