- 1 tsp Fennel seed
- 1 tsp Aniseed
- 1 tsp Paprika powder

- 1 Carrots
- 2 celery stalk
- 0.5 Fennel
- 300 ml Cream
- 1 Oranges
- 1 Lemon
- 100 ml Dry white vermouth
- 50 ml Pastis
- 150 g lobsters
