- 2 Plaice fillet without skin
- 1 Eggs
- 4 tbs Flour
- 5 tbs Panko
- 1 Leeks
- 2 Pistolet
- 2 Young cheese
- 3 tbs Arachis oil
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- 3 Mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Yoghurt
- 1 tbs Capers
- 1 Pickles
- 0.5 Red onion
- Parsley (fresh)
- Black ground pepper
