- 50 g Butter
- 1 Onions
- 8 shallots
- 1 clove Garlic
- 50 g Zuring
- 50 g Parsley

- 50 g Chervil (fresh)

- 10 g rosemary
- 10 g Sage
- 20 g Citroenmelisse in pot
- 3,5 dl White wine
- 1 tbs Flour
