What beautiful autumn weather it has been the last few days, isn't it! Lovely sun and so much color! Those colors gave me the idea to put a colorful autumn salad on the table for lunch. Because yes, salads are also a nice variety on your plate in the fall.

• 100 g Mixed salad
• Chervil (fresh)
• 1 fennel leaves
• 2 figs (large)
• 1 Oranges
• 1 Dates
• 2 tsp Peeled pistachios
• 1 tsp Honey
• 2 tsp Olive oil
• Coarse sea salt
• pink pepper
