- 3 tbs Oil
- 400 ml Cognac
- 2 Onions
- 1 Carrots
- 5 Celery
- 500 ml white port
- 2 Peeled tomatoes

- 1 tbs Fennel seed
- 1 Bulb of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Bosuien
- 150 ml White wine
- 1 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Mayonnaise
