Pastries don't always have to be sweet. I'm personally more of a savory fan and these veggie muffins taste so good with all the herbs and parmesan in them! It's fairly easy to make and a fun afternoon snack to look forward to!

- 16 Sun dried tomatoes
- Basil (fresh)
- Dill (fresh)
- 250 ml almond milk
- 60 ml Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 Eggs
- 300 g Spelled flower
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbs Baking soda
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 sniff Chili powder
- Salt
- peppercorns
