          - 2 Eggs
 
- 125 g Greek yoghurt
 
- 2 tbs Maple syrup
 
- 4 tsp vanilla-extract
 
- 160 ml Milk
 
- 200 g Oatmeal
 
- 40 g almond flakes
 
- 1 tsp Baking powder
 
- 1 tsp Baking soda
 
- 1 sniff Salt
 
- 100 g raspberry jam
 
- 1 tbs Cocoa powder
 
- 50 g Chocolate
 
- 1 tsp coconut oil
