- 100 g almond flour
- 2 tsp Arrowroot
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- Salt
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg powder
- 2 Eggs
- 125 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbs Lemon juice
- 50 g coconut oil
- 75 g Coconut blossom sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla-extract
- 90 g Carrots
