Ingredients:
- 300 g Carrots
- 300 g Onions
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 60 g Dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 Peeled tomatoes
- 120 Olive oil
- 70 g White miso paste
- 40 g Harissa
- 4 tbs Tomato puree
- 90 Tamari sauce
- 2 tsp Cumin grains
- 250 g lentils
- 1 l Broth
- 160 g Coconut cream
- 100 Red wine
- Pepper
- Salt
