        The classic of the classics: the Caesar salad. I went for a "quick" version and used pre-prepared thin slices of chicken breast and croutons. I made the dressing myself. Because my motto remains: sauces that you make yourself taste a hundred times better! The romaine lettuce, it's in the lot. The quail eggs, I exchanged them for normal eggs, simply because I still have a lot of them in the fridge. Let it taste you!

- 150  g Chicken breasts
 
- 2 Eggs

- 2 anchovy fillets
 
- 0.5 clove Garlic
 
- 0.5 Lemon
 
- 2  tbs Mayonnaise
 
- 2  tbs Sour cream
 
- 1 tsp worcestersaus
