• 400 ml Milk
• Pepper
• Salt
• 1 tsp Mustard powder
• 100 g geraspte mosterdkaas
• 0.5 Lemon
• 400 g salsify
• 250 g Potatoes
• 1 tbs Rapeseed oil
• 10 Chives (fresh)
• 1 tsp mustard seed
