When we have guests over, I like to prepare a hot smoked salmon side. Not only does it look impressive when you can serve a full side of salmon to your guests, it also tastes phenomenal (if prepared properly)! In this post I would like to explain how you can make it yourself at home!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1500 g zalmzijde met vel
- 2 tbs samasaya furikake Japanse kruidenmix
- 1 tbs Gedroogde dille
- 1 tsp nanami togarashi japanse chilipepermix
- Elzenhout pellets voor pellet smoker tube
- 1 l water
- 50 g Zout
- 25 g Suiker
- 2 laurierblaadjes
- 1 sprig enkele takjes dille
