Ingredients:
- 1 zalmzijde met vel (1.5 kg)
- 1 l Water
- 50 g Zout
- 25 g Suiker
- 2 laurierblaadjes
- enkele takken dille
- 150 g Unsalted butter
- 75 g Honey
- 75 g Kikkoman Poke saus
- 140 g Dried cranberries
- 250 ml Orange juice
- 130 g gehakte amandelen (geroosterd)
- 1 handvol verse grof gehakte peterselie
- 1 snuifje zout
- 1 snuifje peper
- 1 tbs extra vierge olijfolie
- 1 Zeste van citroen
- 1 granaatappel (alleen de pitjes)
- 1 sap van citroen
- 2 extra citroenen in 6 stukken gesneden voor het serveren
