- 5 clove Garlic
- 2 tbs Rice wine
- 2 tbs Ciderazijn
- 3 tbs Honey
- 2 tbs Rice wine
- 1 tbs Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbs sunflower oil
- 450 g sugar peas
- 220 g Pork mince
- 1 tbs Gochujang paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Szechuanpeper
- 3 Dried chili pepper
