- 1000 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 l Chicken bouillon
- 1 Red Port wine
- 5 clove Garlic
- 4 Big onions

- 10 sprig Parsley (fresh)
- 2 spice bowl
- 3 l Water
- 90 g Butter
- 140 g Flour
- 1 tbs Lemon juice
- 2 tbs Ice cream
