- 400 ml Red wine
- 500 ml Meat broth
- 2 tbs cranberry jam
- 100 g date cookies
- 150 g gingerbreads
- 2 tbs Mustard
- Parsnip
- 250 g Parisian mushrooms
- 150 g Chanterelles
- 75 g Cranberries
- 30 ml Worcestershire Sauce
- 30 ml Sherry Vinegar
- 15 ml Brown rhum
- 15 ml Chipotle Tabasco
